Summary:

A poorly executed Czech-style Pilsner.

Eurotrash isn’t the best beer Southern Tier has every bottled. It actually may even be the worst.  Marred by over-carbonation, this is a light Czech-style  pilsner with very little substance to it. Pilsner is a tough beer to brew, as there is nothing to hide behind. Water, malt, and hops  have to be perfectly in balance to make a flawless pilsner; brewing has to be precise and knowledgeable. Give Southern Tier the credit it deserves to attempt an authentic Czech pilsner — it’s a hard thing to get right, which is probably why very few American brewers have attempted to recreate this classic. .
