McLaren Vale Kangarilla Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
This deep red Australian Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of strawberry and bing cherry hiding just beneath the surface, as well as an unexpected lightness. The palate is all red fruit, vanilla, and white pepper. Nicely integrated tannins. The finish goes on and on. $23.99 might be a bit much for this wine, but it’s still quite lovely.
